We work broadly with small and midsize businesses that have a concrete process problem software or automation may improve. There is no active industry niche. Fit depends on the process, current systems, access, data, risk, readiness, and whether the work can be scoped responsibly.

We ask about the process you want to improve, how it works today, current tools, bottlenecks, exceptions, sensitive information, and the outcome you want. The goal is to understand the problem and decide whether an automation project makes sense. The review does not create a service agreement.

The review is free. If there is a fit, the proposal states the exact one-time build fee and acceptance milestone. A monthly fee is included only for specific continuing hosting, API usage, monitoring, maintenance, managed operation, or support.

Projects may include workflow automation, software and system integrations, internal tools, dashboards, AI-assisted business processes, reporting, or data pipelines. The preferred product works inside or alongside the tools already in use and adds a separate interface only when useful.

No. AI is useful for some classification, extraction, summarization, and drafting tasks, but it is not required for every project. We use it only where it serves the process and keep important facts, decisions, and actions under defined rules and review.

The client tests the product against the proposal, then receives a simple handoff: final setup, agreed access, short operating and troubleshooting instructions, and essential questions answered. The client handles routine use and first-line support by default. Ongoing Well Run Systems service is optional.

No. Results depend on the business, process, adoption, systems, data, and outside conditions. We define the work and how correct operation will be reviewed, but we do not promise a universal financial or business result.
