The default delivery is client-operated. We install or configure the product, transfer the agreed access, provide short instructions, and let the client handle routine use and first-line support.
Ongoing hosting, monitoring, maintenance, managed operation, or support can be added when useful, but a monthly fee is not required for a self-contained product with no continuing service or cost.
